Overview
We all will experience disability, those "seen" and "unseen," in our lifetime, especially if we live long enough. Worldwide, there are 1.3 billion people with disabilities. In the United States, up to 70 million adults reported having a disability.
Disability intersects all demographics, including Veterans and Servicemembers. Therefore, as a global community, we must remember that "disability" is everyone's issue and ensure that it remains at the forefront of economic, education, transportation, legislation, and healthcare discussions. And employment is a critical factor among those areas.
Therefore, the Vocational Rehab Academy, LLC, is passionate about increasing the participation of people with disabilities in the workforce through personalized vocational services and training. Through community and aggressive intent, we can dismantle barriers, improve the statistics, and build futures with people with disabilities (PWD).
