Based on experience and training, we are offering the courses below regarding disability, employment, vocational rehabilitation regarding Veterans, Servicemembers, and young adults with disabilities, along with others. A few of the courses below are extensions of the webinars, and they are more comprehensive and engaging since they have live components. Overview of Vocational Rehab
Disability & Stigma
This is a self-paced introductory course that provides learners insight into the field of vocational rehabilitation (VR) and its impact on people with disabilities.
In this course, we will learn about stigma and its impact on people with and without disabilities and ways to eradicate it.
Ethics & Vocational Rehab
Participants will learn the ethical principles of the vocational rehab field. Case scenarios will be provided, which will allow you to demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired in the course and beyond it.
Advocacy & Vocational Rehab
Having a basic understanding of how to create individual, organizational, systems, and societal change is important. Thus, in this course, along with learning current advocacy initiatives regarding disability and/or vocational rehabilitation, participants will gain skills to enhance self and societal advocacy skills. Developing these skills can enhance the ability to advocate within various systems.
Veterans & Vocational Rehab
For human services professionals, Veterans, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and/or others who serve or are interested in serving Veterans and Servicemembers, this comprehensive course will discuss the most common service-connected disabilities, their possible impact on employment and vice versa. Case scenarios will be provided, which will give you opportunities to discuss medical and psychosocial aspects of disability and vocational rehabilitation processes.
Young Adults & Vocational Rehab
Global Perspectives of Vocational Rehab
Preparing youth and young adults for the world of work is critical, especially for young adults with disabilities. In this course, we will discuss serving families and youth with disabilities, and considerations in vocational rehabilitation counseling.

Categories of Employment & Vocational Rehab
Working 40-hours per week may not be feasible for everyone. Nonetheless, many still want to be able to contribute and/or work in some capacity. In this course, we will learn of the different types of employment and discuss creative ways for individuals to work according to their interests, abilities, and skills.
