Servicemembers & Veterans

For decades, we have served Veterans and Servicemembers with and without disabilities. Specifically, we have assisted with disability understanding, program development, navigating and accessing state, Veterans Affairs, and other potential benefits, mentorship, education, and housing. Employment, however, is critical for many. Learn more about the personalized vocational services we provide below, and connect with us for more information.
Pre-Separation Vocational Services
Individualized, pre-vocational services and coaching include needs assessment, goal setting, labor market research, vocational coaching and counseling, assessments, career, and training (education) exploration activities.
Vocational Attainment and Maintenance

Cover Letter and Résumé Development (federal & private), Interview Prep & Follow-up, Employment Possibilities, & Application Submission Assistance, Support Services, & Information and Referral Services.
As mentioned, our services are personalized. However, some vocational counseling sessions may include training on résumé development, soft skills, self-advocacy, education, reasonable accommodations, disability & work, transitioning from the military, VA Benefits, claims guidance, and financial literacy.
